EO Membership Criteria:
Be the Founder, co-Founder, Owner or Controlling Shareholder of a business with a minimum of US$1 million in annual gross sales
YEO Peer Group criteria:
Be under the age of 40
Note: Members of the YEO peer group will be automatically enrolled in the WEO peer group at the end of the fiscal year in which they turn 40 years old
WEO Peer Group criteria:
Be at least age 40 and have joined the organization prior to their 50th birthday
Venture-Backed Companies (for-profit) - For start-up companies, the following quantitative requirements apply:
- Privately raised funds of at least US $2 million or publicly raised funds of at least US $5 million
- A minimum of 10 full-time employees
- Reach US $1 million within three (3) years of joining
